A very basic and important training for everyone! Plenty of material, well-structured, excellent presentation, and interactivity. The trainer was excellent!
The program helped me both personally and professionally. It provided me with tools to handle certain situations. An incredible experience! Thank you very much, Vasiliki!
It was excellent! The information was very well presented. Vasiliki has a great way of communicating and keeps you focused.
It was the best seminar I have attended so far. The trainer was perfect, and I would like to attend more seminars with her.
The presentation was very interesting. I was truly impressed with Vasiliki’s direct approach, and her training method was clear and understandable.
This was my first time attending this specific program, and I found it particularly helpful. The interactive aspect was especially beneficial for all of us, as we could see the theories in practice and use the provided tools effectively. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The instructor was excellent! I would love to attend more seminars with her.
Comprehensive, with a very good theoretical background and very good techniques. It gives an overall picture of anger management, after first understanding what anger is and how it originates. The moderator is amazing, very contagious, keeps you on your toes and shows her passion for what she does
It has been my pleasure to work with Vasiliki over the last years on her path to becoming an anger management instructor. Early on Vasiliki identified the need for anger management trainings in Cyprus and Greece and she became determined to bring these valuable psycho-educational seminars to her culture. Her presentation style is wonderfully articulate, engaging, and her passion for her work is apparent. Vasiliki had the vision to start the process of creating the European Anger Management Association (EAMA) . After a long process and many hours of collaboration,EAMA became an official chapter of the National Anger Management Association (NAMA) in 2022.
Dear Vasiliki,
Welcome to the National Anger Management Association (NAMA) family! We are very happy you have made the commitment to become the NAMA Chapter known as the European Anger Management Association (EAMA). As a NAMA Chapter, you are part of an organization that will enrich and enlighten yourself and your clients both professionally and personally. By joining with NAMA, you have chosen a path to influence the cultures of Cyprus and Greece toward peace and greater resiliency.
NAMA is dedicated to advocating for the most critical issues facing workplaces and the human resource profession by providing leadership and education through its anger management-related programs. We are excited you are bringing anger management to your region. Please continue to stay in contact with Laura B. Moss, CAMS-V as a resource and for guidance
Very good seminar with useful information for several areas of human relations and very good material which is very useful. The trainer was very good, through her attitude and the choice of her expressions she made us feel very comfortable and we want to know everything!
The seminar was very helpful and informative. I learned to be aware of the actions that create my anger and way to deal with it with the tools that were given to us. Vassiliki was very transmittable, knowledgeable about the subject and kept the interest and teamwork throughout the seminar.
Through the seminar you realize that anger is secondary. First it is necessary to take the right breaths calmly and then to deal with whatever issues we have. I give 10/10 to the trainer she was excellent!
Very interesting and helpful seminar where I learned effective ways to manage anger, tension and stress in the workplace and in general. Vasiliki has transmittable and knows her subject very well. It also keeps the interest undiminished until the end of the Seminar. I would be happy to attend future Seminars.

The seminar was excellent, the best part was the Role plays and the interaction between the trainer and the participants. The trainer was Excellent!
